What is your privacy policy?
Our policy is strict privacy. No information or personal details that are supplied to R Draper & Co Pty Ltd are ever revealed. given or sold to any third party or organisation.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday Australian time.

You will receive a reply to any message left as soon as the office reopens.
Do you accept credit cards? Yes. Visa and Mastercard.
Do you keep my credit card details on file?
No. Once the transaction is completed, all of your credit card details are destroyed and no records of them are kept. This is all part of our security system
Are your order forms secure?
Yes our order forms are  secure. We hold a security certificate.
Do you accept international cheques or money orders?
No. Due to excessive charges by Australian banks for processing these we do not accept them.
What are the prices of your labels?
All of the labels are priced in Australian dollars and US dollars on the order pages.
With the exception of Commercial Woven Labels which have to be quoted for on the submission of a quote request QUOTE REQUEST

Do you accept international orders?
We accept and deliver orders all over the world.
Can I have special colours other than those shown for name labels?
No only the colours shown are available for name labels. For special colours and type styles you have to order a commercial woven label which are custom made to your requirements. Minimum order of 1000.
How much will delivery cost?
Delivery charges are listed on the order pages.
What method of delivery do you use?
We use airmail, unless express delivery has been requested at customers additional expense IE: Fedex, DHL.
How long do your woven labels last?
They usually outlast the garments or products that they are sewn to.
Will the colours run in your woven labels?
No. I am not sure of how I want to sew the labels to my garments Click here Sew In Diagram
