Quotation Request Form for Custom Made Commercial Labels.
This form is designed with the purpose of making requests for quotations nice and easy
for you and making sure we get all of your requirements right and avoid mistakes.
Now before you begin, there are a couple of things that will make it easier to understand,
so please read on. Woven labels are made as either Taffeta or Satin. The Taffeta labels can have any colour detail that you require also any colour background. However the Satin can also have any colour detail but the background colours are restricted to White, Cream and Grey. The other important thing to know is how you want the labels to be finished , so have a look at the cut and fold diagram
below. The Synthetic Leather and Suede labels come in various shades of Brown and Grey or White.
The detail is heat debossed into these special materials and comes up Black. Colour can also be added
    if required. You will also notice that we can supply Printed lingerie labels. These are made from a very
    soft satin material. They are ideal for lingerie but I would not recommend them for outer garments as    they will fade with washing. The print is available in Black, Blue, Red, Navy Blue and Green.
   These labels are supplied square cut only.

  *NEW* We are now able to offer self adhesive woven labels . Ideal for shoes, handbags, pocket books, purses, hats or anything
that it is difficult to sew a label too. These are self adhesive not iron on. You just remove the backing paper and stick them on

Quantity of Labels Required. Just select the quantity you require.1000 is the minimum run.

Type of Label Required. Select the type of label required from the drop down list.
Weave Quality. This is the type of thread used to weave the labels. If the background of your label is to be a
                            dark colour, choose Taffeta. If you want to use a dark colour detail on a light colour background,
                            choose Satin, it is a little dearer but better.
Shape of Label.  This is self explanatory.
Cutting & Folding. This is where you need to refer to the diagrams above.

Width of Label.  Use either millimeters or inches, whichever you are happy with.
          Length of Label. Same as above.
          Detail Colours. If you are familiar with the Pantone colour matching system you can quote the colour
                                    numbers. However if you are not, type in the colours IE Red, Blue etc. We can get down to
                                    the fine detail if and when you decide to place an order.
 
        Background Colour. Same as above.
Additional Detail. You may use this box to tell us of any special details about your label. Also if you would like
                               any assistance in designing your label. Let us know any basic idea that you have and we will
                               attempt to provide some suggested design. For instance if you want a rabbit eating a carrot
                               or a butterfly or just text, give us an idea and we will see what we can do to help. No charge for
                               this, all part of the service. Your quotation will normally be sent within a couple of hours.
